Cabernet Sauvignon/Shiraz/Tempranillo. Handpicked Cabernet from organic dry grown bushvines sourced out of Wilyabrup. The wine is a blend of vintages – 2021 and 2022 and was fermented using wild yeast and matured in seasoned oak for between six (Shiraz) and 14 months (Cabernet Sauvignon). A splash of Tempranillo gives this wine a bright fruit forward style with blackcurrant and cherry cola attributes and underlying bay leaf. Drink now or over the next 12 -18 months.
