Description

100% Gin Gin clone fruit sourced from a single vineyard out of Wilyabrup. The low yielding fruit was fermented and left on yeast lees in new and seasoned french oak for seven months. A high quality year helped produce this amazing expression of a classic premium Margaret River Chardonnay Tasting Notes - Grilled peach, lemongrass, Brazil nut and green almond sit alongside notes of fresh apple and sweet clove spice. Complex, layered and fruity with a mouth-watering finish. Superb!
