This 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Malbec and was produced from small parcels of high quality fruit grown on neighbouring vineyards in the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River. Hand plunged with wild fermentation and then gentle pressed to mature in french oak barriques for 12 months. An elegant full bodied style wine with complexity and total integration of fruit and French oak. Unfined, Vegan friendly.

Aged in new & seasoned French Oak. Grilled peach, lemongrass, Brazil nut and green almond sit alongside notes of fresh apple and sweet clove spice. Complex, layered and fruity with a mouth-watering finish.
The nose is greeted with aromas of ripe pear, green apple, and subtle hints of citrus zest. On the palate, it offers a crisp and refreshing profile with flavours of white peach and lemon sherbet, balanced by a touch of minerality.
