This 2024 Cabernet Sauvignon was produced from a single vineyard site in the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River. Hand plunged with wild fermentation and then gentle pressed to mature in french oak barriques for 12 months. The 2024 Pinot Noir comes from a small single vineyard in Pemberton in the cool climate of the southern forest region of Western Australia. This wine displays intense aromatics of wild cherry and strawberry with an underlying earthy savouriness from the whole bunches and time spent in french oak. Bright with jube red fruits and a good acid line throughout make it vibrant and fresh on the palate.
