This wine displays intense aromatics of wild cherry and strawberry with an underlying earthy savouriness from the whole bunches and time spent in french oak. Bright with jube red fruits and a good acid line throughout make it vibrant and fresh on the palate.

Description
The 2024 Pinot Noir comes from a small single vineyard in Pemberton in the cool climate of the southern forest region of Western Australia. The premium grapes were hand and machine harvested allowing for 10% whole bunches whilst fermenting in an open fermenter then pressed off skins after 7 days and matured in French oak barriques for 6 months. This wine displays intense aromatics of wild cherry and strawberry with an underlying earthy savouriness from the whole bunches and time spent in french oak. Bright with jube red fruits and a good acid line throughout make it vibrant and fresh on the palate. Drink young or cellar up to 5 years. Minimal sulphites added with minimal fining & filtration - vegan friendly.
