A true organic field blend. 78% Sauvignon Blanc & 22% Semillon. Handpicked by friends and family from a small dry grown organic vineyard behind Peacetree Farm. Whole bunch pressed into mature French oak barriques with fermentation completed on wild Yeats adding complexity and a subtle creamy texture. Aged for 6 months in barrel, this wine displays aromatics of stone fruit, pineapple and hints of nectarine and nuts. Drink young or cellar up to 5 years for further complexity. Only 1,000 bottles produced being hand bottled and labelled. Unfined (vegan friendly) with minimal sulphites added.

This 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Malbec and was produced from small parcels of high quality fruit grown on neighbouring vineyards in the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River. Hand plunged with wild fermentation and then gentle pressed to mature in french oak barriques for 12 months. An elegant full bodied style wine with complexity and total integration of fruit and French oak. Unfined, Vegan friendly.
