Description

We produce just 600 bottles each year of our much adored Pineau. This brandy-based liqueur is made with grape juice and is aged in French oak for 4 years. Enjoy this sweet liqueur with long finishes of distinct hazelnut qualities. Traditionally served as a beautiful aperitif over crushed ice; also stunning served chilled with a gourmet cheese platter or as a compliment to dessert.

Hand plunged with wild fermentation and then gentle pressed to mature in french oak barriques for 12 months. Complex, layered and fruity with a mouth-watering finish.
