2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Peacetree Cabernet Sauvignon

This 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Malbec and was produced from small parcels of high quality fruit grown on neighbouring vineyards in the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River. Hand plunged with wild fermentation and then gentle pressed to mature in french oak barriques for 12 months. An elegant full bodied style wine with complexity and total integration of fruit and French oak. Unfined, Vegan friendly.

2024 Pinot Noir Peacetree Pinot Noir

The 2024 Pinot Noir comes from a small single vineyard in Pemberton in the cool climate of the southern forest region of Western Australia. This wine displays intense aromatics of wild cherry and strawberry with an underlying earthy savouriness from the whole bunches and time spent in french oak. Bright with jube red fruits and a good acid line throughout make it vibrant and fresh on the palate.

2024 Tempranillo Tempranillo

Produced from organically grown Tempranillo from a small single vineyard site in the northern reaches of the Margaret River region. The wine exhibits floral and fragrant aromas while on the palate, soft and fleshy tannins support the mixed berry fruit compote intensity. 12 months in French oak puncheons bring underlying spice and structure to the wine. A medium bodied style made to drink young but will reward short term cellaring. Unfined, vegan friendly.
