This 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Malbec and was produced from small parcels of high quality fruit grown on neighbouring vineyards in the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River. Hand plunged with wild fermentation and then gentle pressed to mature in french oak barriques for 12 months. An elegant full bodied style wine with complexity and total integration of fruit and French oak. Unfined, Vegan friendly.
An easy drinking red displaying a bright rich red berry colour, with the flavours of ripe cherries and wild violet perfume. Its elegant silky tannins and soft finish was achieved being kept in French oak Puncheon barrels for 12 months. Unfined. Vegan Friendly. Minimal Sulphites added
The 2024 Pinot Noir comes from a small single vineyard in Pemberton in the cool climate of the southern forest region of Western Australia. This wine displays intense aromatics of wild cherry and strawberry with an underlying earthy savouriness from the whole bunches and time spent in french oak. Bright with jube red fruits and a good acid line throughout make it vibrant and fresh on the palate.
